PrintActif SRL respects the privacy of its visitors and clients. This page explains which data is collected, why and how it is processed.

2. Data collected
Through the contact form and when ordering, we collect:
- Last name, first name, company
- Email address and phone number
- Delivery and billing address (if ordering)
- Content of the message sent
- Artwork and files you send us as part of a project
We do not collect browsing data for advertising purposes. No third-party tracking cookie is set without consent.
3. Purposes
- Respond to your quote requests or questions
- Process and invoice your orders
- Meet Belgian accounting and tax obligations
- Occasionally inform you of important information related to an ongoing order
We do not send automated newsletters and do not sell or rent your data.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on contract execution (order), your consent (contact form) and our legal obligations (accounting archive).
5. Retention period
- Contact data (non-converted quote): 2 years
- Order and invoicing data: 7 years (Belgian accounting obligation)
- Client files (artwork): kept as long as the account remains active, deletion on simple request
6. Recipients
Data is accessible to the PrintActif team and, where applicable, to our technical subprocessors (Odoo host, Mondial Relay and postal carriers, accountant). No transfer outside the European Union is made without adequate safeguards.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise these rights, send an email to [email protected]. You may also file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
8. Security
Data is stored on secure servers, with access limited to the PrintActif team. Communications with the site are over HTTPS.
