General terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereafter "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between PrintActif SRL (Avenue Van Volxem 14, 1190 Forest, CBE 0438.340.624, VAT BE 0438.340.624), hereafter "PrintActif", and any natural or legal person ("the Client") ordering textile customisation, printing or related services.

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Quotes and orders

Every service is subject to a prior free quote sent by email. The quote specifies the nature of the services, quantities, prices, indicative lead times and any specific conditions.

The quote is valid for 30 days from its issue date, unless stated otherwise. The order is final upon receipt of the Client's written agreement (email is sufficient) and, where applicable, the deposit payment.

3. Digital preview before production

Before any production, PrintActif sends the Client a digital preview (also known as "proof"). The Client alone is responsible for verifying this preview (spelling, positioning, colours, dimensions, final file). Production only starts after written approval of the preview by the Client. PrintActif cannot be held responsible for an error present in an approved preview.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros, excluding taxes, unless stated otherwise. Applicable VAT is added according to current legislation.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, payment terms are: 30% deposit at order for orders above €500 excl. VAT, balance no later than on delivery. Payments are made by bank transfer or Bancontact. Any late payment automatically incurs, without prior notice, interest at the legal rate applicable to commercial transactions (law of 2 August 2002).

5. Lead times

Communicated lead times are indicative and run from approval of the digital preview and, where applicable, receipt of the deposit. PrintActif commits to meeting these lead times as far as possible. A delay cannot give rise to order cancellation or compensation, except in case of serious fault by PrintActif or a written contractual mention of a firm deadline.

6. Delivery and pick-up

Available delivery methods: workshop pick-up (free), bike delivery in Brussels (from €20), Mondial Relay (from €10), home delivery via carrier (from €15). Delivery rates are stated on the quote. Risks are transferred to the Client at hand-off of goods to the carrier or at workshop pick-up.

7. Right of withdrawal

As customised items are made to order according to the Client's specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

8. Complaints

Any complaint regarding the conformity or quality of delivered items must be submitted in writing (email to [email protected]) within 8 calendar days from receipt. After this period, items are deemed accepted.

9. Liability

PrintActif's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. PrintActif cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (loss of chance, loss of operations, commercial prejudice). The Client indemnifies PrintActif against any third-party claim regarding the content of artwork provided (copyright, trademarks, personality rights).

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTC are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Brussels judicial district.

Version in force since April 2026. In case of dispute, only the French version of this document is legally binding (Belgian law).
